Del law is a commonly used method to predict. Firstly we may invite the experts from different professional fields of business to express their own opinions to the prediction, then regained by IMC. IMC then will study all experts' feedback and suggestions again, putting them in order. The first round of suggestion feedback of the experts to each expert is by way of anonymity, and then ask them to assess or revise, then regained by IMC, carrying on relevant statistical work, and the constructive suggestion may be produced finally.
